ALBANY, GA (WALB) – It was a bit damp outside on Sunday so there was no riding for a lot of motorcycle fanatics, but for the Disciple Outreach Motorcycle Club they already had their hands full literally.
The ministry fed hundreds in the community at their building on Clark Avenue.
They had thanksgiving meals for as many as 600 people.
"We did it to say thanks to the community, give people the chance to get together and let people know there is always someone out there caring for you," said James Harris, Holy Disciples Ministries Member.
Today's meal won't be the last the motorcycle ministry serves. Holy Disciple Outreach plans to another big holiday meal in December.
