ALBANY, GA (WALB) – 19-year old Desmond Russ was picked up by Dougherty County Sheriff's deputies around 10:30 Friday morning.
After getting a tip from WALB News 10 viewers, deputies caught him at the corner of First Avenue and North Davis Street.
Russ, who goes by the nickname "Lil Greedy" was wanted for an October home invasion in Bronwood in which an elderly women and her caretaker were held at gunpoint.
An accomplice, Henry Floyd Harris, Jr., was arrested earlier this month.
