Thomas county narcotics agents got a tip that 26-year-old Roosevelt Holland would be delivering cocaine to a convenience store on Highway 84 Wednesday night. Agents and deputies set up surveillance. When Holland arrived and saw the officers he drove off. They chased him a few blocks before he got out and ran. Agents finally caught up with him and found 700 dollars and marijuana in his pocket and more drugs in his car. He's charged with possession with intent to distribute, felony eluding, and numerous traffic offenses.
