ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Seven men busted in a drug raid last week in Pelham have had their cases transferred to federal court.

Three of those men came before Judge Louis Sands Tuesday for a federal detention hearing.

Disturbing surveillance video played for Sands showed Dexter Griffin was bold enough to make crack cocaine drops with a child still in diapers sitting on his lap.

On tape Josh Griffin also allegedly threatened to kill one of the investigator's wives and bury her body under the family's porch.

Judge Sands reserved judgement on his case along with those of Josh Griffin and Trentavius Arlin.

The men are charged with selling small quantities of drugs within a thousand feet of a public housing complex.
