ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Douglas Police are asking for help to find a murder suspect they say could be armed and dangerous.

33-year old Jonathan Thompson, known as "John John" is wanted in the shooting death of 18-year old Demea Andrews.

Andrews was shot in the back Sunday at Roundtree Park on Gaskin Avenue. Police say the shooting may have stemmed from an earlier argument between the victim and several men at the Legion Night Club.

Following the shooting, Thompson's home was set on fire. And police say someone called in a death threat against three of Thompson's children Tuesday at Coffee Middle School.

The school was locked down for around two hours. If you have any information on Thompson's whereabouts, call the Douglas Police Department.
