TIFTON, GA (WALB) - With the unemployment rate still hovering around 10 percent, many people are looking for work, and Thursday they got some help.

Moultrie Technical College held a job fair at it's Tifton campus. Hundreds of people showed up to visit with more than 50 employers and to see what kinds of fields that the college has to offer.

Included among the ranks of job seekers was a number of Moultrie Tech students, who are hoping that their training will help them land a job after graduation.

"I'm getting close to graduating. I'm looking to see different fields in the area here. Hopefully just trying to see what all is open. I'm going for neuromuscular therapy here at Moultrie Tech. It's something that I've thought about for a while now. And I'm kind of just focused on getting out in the real world," said Chad O'Neal, a Moultrie Tech Student

Moultrie Tech is planning to host another career fair during the Spring term on it's main campus.
