ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Broxton man was shot to death after he confronted a man at that man's home after a fight.
According to the GBI, 34 year old Jason Rish died from a gun-shot wound after he confronted a homeowner at his house following an altercation.
The GBI says they are not releasing the name of the man who shot Rish, but says the two knew each other and had a confrontation earlier at a party.
An autopsy will be performed at the GBI crime lab, and no charges have been filed at this time regarding the death.
