ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Mitchell County man will spend the next 52 weekends in jail after pleading guilty to vehicular homicide.
Cody Brown's vehicle collided with Jackie Wooden's car on Highway 37 at River Road in March 2008.
Wooden's passenger, 31 year old Julie Lynn of Ft. Gaines was killed in the crash. Brown was also sentenced to 15 years probation.
