VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A south Georgia murder victim's body was found in Madison County, Florida.
Hunters came across the remains Friday night just off of Highway 53 near I-10.
Investigators in Florida say the victim was killed in Berrien County and burned in Madison County.
They say John Woods surrendered to Berrien County authorities and is charged with disposing of the body, but the Berrien County Sheriff's Office has not confirmed this.
