COLQUITT, GA (WALB) - Judge Kevin Chason issued a sweeping defeat to the former superintendent of the Randolph County School system Friday.
He order Jenkins to stop acting as the superintendent and to vacate the school board office.
The school board fired Jenkins last month, but he continued to show up for work. So the board took him to court and the judge made his ruling Friday.
He ordered Jenkins to immediately vacate his office, hand over his school property, and not return without permission from the board.
He also has to turn over the keys to the board room that he's locked other board members out of for months now.
Jenkins attorney Maurice King of Albany says he's not surprised by the ruling and will appeal.
