ADEL, GA (WALB) - An Adel man apparently accidentally shot himself to death.
65-year-old Thomas Lindsey Parrish was found dead Monday morning with a gunshot wound to his head.
The Cook County Sheriff's Office says it's possible Parrish was getting a rifle out of his truck on Hutchinson Parrish Road when the rifle went off.
Family members say he was cleaning his truck. The Sheriff's Office is still investigating, but right now they say it looks like an accident.
