ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police have made an arrest in an east Albany shooting that injured a man Tuesday night.
Officials say 20-year-old Damien Daniels turned himself in to police late last night. He is suspected of opening fire on two men outside an East Road apartment.
The victim, 22-year-old Reginald Ball, was struck in the abdomen and rushed to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. He is listed in fair condition.
Daniels is in the Dougherty County Jail charged with aggravated assault.
