Mrs. Kerry Anne Spicer Bess, 49, of Salt Lake City Utah died Aug 5, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Aug 13, 2009 from 6:00 to 7:00PM at Kimbrell-Stern

Kerry was born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1960.  She attended School in Tachikawa, Japan, Goose Creek South Carolina, Clearwater, Florida, and graduated from Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan in 1977.

She served in the Marine Corps at Camp LeJeune, NC from 1980-1981.  After her discharge from the Marine Corps, she moved to Wyandotte, Michigan where she raised her two sons.  She was a member and past officer of the Marine Corps League in Wyandotte, Michigan.

Kerry is survived by her husband, Richard Bess of Salt Lake City, Utah; two sons Christopher and Bryan Johnson of Milan Michigan; her parents, William E. and Joyce Spicer of Albany, GA; her sister and brother in law, Karen and Joel McNally of Leesburg, GA; her niece Kimberly McNally, and nephews Michael and Justin McNally.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or to the Marine Corps League.
