ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Sale City councilman is charged with two counts of deposit account fraud. It's his second arrest this year.
Councilman Travis Flanders was arrested in Albany on felony charges that he cashed two bad checks at an Albany check casher.
Back in April, he was arrested on charges he stole from ProBuilt, the company he worked for.
Flanders is a former mayor of Sale City. He remains on the city council while awaiting trials.
