ELLERSLIE, GA (WTVM) -  Police say the heavy police presence at a home on Scott Drive in Ellerslie Sunday night is the result of a domestic dispute.

Chief Deputy Neil Adams of the Harris County Sheriff's Department confirmed to News Leader 9 at the scene that the woman got out of the house but the man barricaded himself inside for several hours before he gave up and surrendered to police.

He is now in custody.

Adams says no one was injured.
