BROOKS COUNTY, GA (WALB) - A Brooks county man is accused of taking nude pictures of a minor and putting them on the internet.
The GBI says in May, 30-year-old Donald Powell of 1400 Coffee Road in Dixie took several photos of a young child and posted them on the internet.
They arrested him Tuesday night.
Powell is charged with one count of computer pornography, one count of sexual exploitation of a child, and one count of furnishing obscene material of a minor.
He's in the Brooks county jail.
