Rain and clouds move out

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A line of showers and thunderstorms quickly moved east across SWGA Tuesday. There are a few confirmed reports of wind damage including a roof blown off a daycare in Dawson with no injuries. Rain continues through the evening as a cold front pushes east. That boundary brings an end to the rain after midnight. As drier and colder air filters in clouds clear and lows fall into the low 40s. Abundant sunshine takes over with seasonably cool low 60s Wednesday afternoon.

Look for a few dry days including Valentines Day before the next system brings rain back for the weekend into next week. Temperatures rise above average with lows in the upper 40s to low 60snd highs in the 70s Friday through Sunday.
