Teens Arrested for Car Theft

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Police Department arrested four teens on Friday after two vehicles were stolen in separate cases.

According to the department, officers responded to the Liberty Gas Station on E. Oglethorpe Blvd. around 8 a.m. where a victim left their car running and unattended.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for the incident.

Later Friday evening, another victim reported he left his vehicle running and unattended in the 900 block of South Street.

According to the police report, an unknown male got into the vehicle and drove away.

The vehicle was found on the 2200 block of Grady alley.

Two 15-year-old males and a 14-year old male was taken into custody for that case.
