Motion filed to revoke Dukes’ bond in Grinstead case

BEN HILL CO., GA (WALB) - Prosecutors have filed a motion asking the court to revoke Bo Dukes’ bond in the Tara Grinstead case.

The motion was filed Monday in Ben Hill County Superior Court.

A bond hearing has been scheduled for Dukes on March 7 at 9 a.m., according to the Ben Hill County Superior Court Clerk’s office.

Ben Hill County Jail records show Dukes was originally released on a bond of $16,700.

Dukes is still being held in the Houston County Jail on no bond for charges stemming from a New Year’s Day incident, according to Warner Robins Police.

Dukes was indicted in 2017 in connection to Grinstead’s death. He was charged with concealing a death, tampering with evidence and hindering he apprehension or punishment of a criminal.
